We are committed to treating customers fairly and handling complaints promptly, transparently, and free of charge.

If you have a complaint about Pluto Card or related services, please contact Pluto first and share your full name, company name, contact details, and a clear description of the issue.

How to contact Pluto

What happens next

- We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.
- We aim to resolve complaints within 15 business days.
- If a complaint is complex and requires more time, we will explain the reason for the delay and tell you the expected resolution timeframe.
- Complaints are handled free of charge.

If your complaint remains unresolved

If you feel your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to NymCard and then to Sanadak.
